Started up Sabbaday Brook trail at 8 this morning. The 'skeeters were thick and vicious.
I got to the stream crossings and wussed out. I seem to be getting more and more leary of wet rocks as I age. I had my water shoes in my pack, but couldn't feature changing in and out of them several times while fending of the bloodsuckers.
