Trail Conditions: All trails were fine, both the Johns Brook and Orebed were easily crossed. Black flies were miserable (swarming and biting) between 3000' and summit.
Special Equipment Required: Bug head net mandatory, carried gaiters and never even considered putting them on.
Comments: There was a considerable amount of litter by the Orebed leanto (we cleaned up what we could). Unfortunately some people decided to use the woods surrounding the leanto instead of the privy so there is toilet paper all over the place. If you're heading up there and feel like helping out, please bring a pair of plastic gloves and just throw the TP into the privy.
