Very long day! Took us about 8 hours to do the loop and get pack to the parking lot. Lots of packed snow but it was not hard enough and we kept breaking through every 10 feet... And to make things worse, I could hardly call this a trail since so many trees fell down this winter. We probably lost the trail at least 10 times. I wouldn't advise to take this trail (Scenic and weld trail) for at least 2 more weeks unless you're in good shape and wearing snowshoes.
