sawyer pond

Has anyone been to the pond recently? Is it a good pond for swimming (read, are there leeches...) Thinking of mabye biking to it as the trail appears to be somewhat flat. Thoughts???

I was there 3 weeks ago and it was quite nice. Me and a few buddies did a mountain bike loop up there. People were swimming. It stands to reason that there are prob. leeches.
