Trail to junction of Seymour in great shape. We headed up and the trail was damp and pretty steep. Some sections very steep. Gaiters were helpful on this trip. I used poles and they were only helpful in spots. We got off the trail and we were lucky there was a nice gentleman that yelled to us and told us we were off the trail. Caution should be used when asending. There was a older couple coming up behind us and they had no problems. It was cloudy and a mist on the way up but when we got to the top the fog lifted. Great day to be in the Adks. # 21 for me #18 for my friend!!!!
