Trail Conditions: Dry trail, no bugs, no downed trees.
Special Equipment: None
Comments: Try to get out in the Lake George area before the bugs emerge. It is going to be an early year for bugs due the unusually warm weather in April. There were already a few black flies out, awakening from the long winter. As for wild flowers, I only saw coltsfoot in bloom on the road.
The woods are very dry.
