There was about 1 inch of snow down low, which increased to 5-6" max near the top. We wore traction all the way, but no snowshoes are crampons were needed. Our track veered a little far to the South but we made it to the top.

We were both a little tired and with company coming over, we bailed on North Dome. Too bad, as there was minimal snow, sunshine, and 0 wind.

Our track could be followed, but you could do better to just cross the stream and head up. If you see tracks coming in from the South, you're too far over! :D

Lots of deer (even at the summit area), snowshoe rabbit, and other smaller tracks were seen.

Apparently, DSettahr was up there and approached from a much more Northerly direction, but we were 2 hours ahead of him and never saw him. When I saw the car in the PA with Paul Smith's stickers, I figured I knew who it was, and his PM confirmed it.
