I have not seen this one posted here, so please see link. For background, in the late 60's or early 70's, Old Hutpersons Gard and Shel Perry (Dartmouth) with Mark Kingsbury (UNH, CMH, R.I.P.) skied all six drainages on Mount Washington over an entire spring break, which they wrote up in the AMC's Appalachia magazine.
The three participants in the latest effort pay homage to my student (aka Salida), who did the Tucks snowpit study with me last winter, in a shot near the top of Oakes Gulf (i.e., Salida did not make it back east from the Wasatch this mid-April).
I could have posted this one under either the "do you want your kid to run lose in Tucks?" or the "kid survives three nights out in the Northern Presi's without bivi gear" thread, but then thought the slides deserved their own thread.
You can skip the 5-min Swedish Death Medal music video, if you wish, and go right to the slides.
