The trail was in great condition, with all the lower water sections frozen and hardpack all the way to the top with only a few bare spots at the stream crossings, no blowdown was noted ,and only a few overhanging branches need trimming, the weather started out at 8 degrees but soon warmed into the twenty's, with the key being no wind at all. We snowshoed all the way but there where a few other hikers going up bare boot the surface was hard enough not to make too many post holes. Was up with 11 from NJSAR's Mountain Rescue Unit.
