The weather up north of the notches this weekend 10/26 and 27 has been cloudy with occasional precip. This afternoon it has been snowing on occasion, its not sticking yet but when the sun does come out there is snow accumulation on trees at not a lot higher elevation. This is typical weather for the first week of October so we had a few nice bonus weekend. I expect its time for the snow tires and winter wipers for north county trips.

Presidentials looked pretty winter like late today, around sunset...maybe peakbagger will give an update tomorrow AM, because it was very windy and snow squalls when I drove through the notch around 1 PM...

The northern presis are definitely getting snow right now (10/30 at around 10:30 AM). Its not down to my elevation but I would guess 2500 feet?

Friday evening 11/8 - icy, windy and flurries. Snow tires are going on in the AM
