This might be a bit out of the scope of the usual topics but ....
While searching for snowshoe hikes up in Quebec (Tubbs trailnet) I found one that I wanted to check the route.
I hit the available link which took me to Mapquest...and there on the sidebar were the addresses to my wifes cousin house and another to our friends house down in Mass.
(the word Clear was Highlighted which I made use of)
So I quess the point I'm trying to make is that if your using Mapquest to locate your trail heads and what not it is kept on file basically of where your going or where you've been (indirectly).
I don't know what becomes of the info but you might whant to clear it out.
.maybe it's much to do about nothing but it was the last thing I expected to see.......
