Conditions:
dusting -> 1" of snow down low, a few (3-4) inches of snow up high. Lots of ice in the steep section.
There was flowing water on a lot of the trail, the mud wasn't frozen yet, and the stream crossings were exciting.
Equipment Required:
Traction for the steep section (microspikes used, crampons carried but unused)
