Trail Conditions: 4" - 6" powder over crusty old snow. Ski trail well packed, snowshoes useful but not essential. Old Path not traveled since last storm. South Doublehead spur hadn't been visited either. Some annoying blowdowns on ridge/New Path with some crawling needed.

Special Equipment Required: Snowboard extremely enjoyable. Ski trail is getting tracked up and there's some crusty sections but there's good coverage all the way and there's still some powder. I didn't have to remove the board for any of the wet areas.

Saw three other skiers on the way down and several groups of snowshoers on this beautiful, sunny but cold day.
