We went up 19 Mile Brook Tr and Carter Dome Tr to Zeta Pass. Headed north on Carter-Moriah Tr over the two summits then descended along the North Carter Tr, south branch of the Imp Tr, and took the Camp Dodge shortcut. Up to Zeta Pass was easily barebootable. Along the C-M Tr and North Carter Tr there was a mix of snow and bare ground. Not enough snow to warrant snowshoes IMO. Microspikes would work well and the monorail was mostly stable. Once headed down the Imp Tr the snow disappeared and it was easy going. All streams were easily crossed. There is a broken treetop near the Camp Dodge path that caused one lady to take the path rather than stay on the Imp Tr.
