parked just east of notch high point. went up table rock trail. .3 miles, with 600 ft verticle rise. preety much straight up. awesome view of notch. ledge puts you right on the edge of the cliff. great lunch spot. if you are bringing a dog or kids, suggest taking the alternate trail just to the west which is much more gradual.
