The SherpaKroto Tribute Towel marches on!

Those who know me are aware that when I get a foolish idea in my head, I tend to stick with it.

An original intent to send a message from the mountaintops was changed when we couldn't get posterboard and purchased a towel and markers instead. By the second Hancock peak, we thought it might be neat to send the towel on a tour of the NH48, collect as many VFTTer photos as possible, and present it to our recovering SherpaK.

And so... it is underway.

The towel is at 4/48, and has an album located HERE

If you would like to participate, let me know - we'll get the towel out to you. Just send me any pics so I can add them to the album.

It is time to pass it on. This towel is growing wearing of my slow pace and is eager to hit the trail with you. When you are done, pass it off to someone else. I bet it can earn a patch in short order.

Who will volunteer to carry the towel and our best wishes forward?

what a great idea - pm'ing you with my plans for 5/13 - plan on hitting a few that weekend - we should be able to knock a good few off that list.

I would like to take the towel to mt shasta and mt hood this summer as well SK was originally supposed to come with us on these mts - he had to bail prior to accident due to knees - but still would like to get the towel up there.
