Trails: Zealand Trail, AZ Trail, Mt Tom Spur, Willey Range Trail, Ethan Pond Trail
Distance: 12 miles
Equipment: Rain Gear
Zealand Trail: perfect as ever. Birches in full gold.
AZ Trail: A few blowdowns and wet spots but overall in excellent shape. A bit of brushing off is needed, we got pretty wet moving through the hanging branches.
Mt Tom Spur: In good shape to the viewpoint and summit.
Willey Range Trail: excellent shape from Tom / Field col to Willey. Down from Willey, he trail has a few washouts. Ladders in great condition.
Ethan Pond Trail: excellent shape
A great albeit drizzly day in the woods with Silverfox and Terra the dog.
Just under 7 hours with a few stops and a slow, tedious descent down the wet backside of Willey.
