The trail from claymeadow to the junction of 5th peak/Five Mile Mtn is very good. After taking a left (north) to Five Mile Mtn thru to rt 9N (we did not do Deer Leap) we found several areas with significant blow down. Some snow and ice remain sporadically, no significantly mud.
