Trails: Livermore, Mount Tripyramid Trail

Trail Conditions: The Livermore Trail has a few washout and erosion spots between the south and north junction of the Mount Tripyramid Trail, the old runoff pipes are exposed but there is a single track you can stay on to avoid the washouts in the middle of the trail (logging road). The Mount Tripyamid Trail is in good shape up to the slide, the slide itself is steep, not many markings but the trail stays to the left part of the slide for the most part until the top of it. The trail was wet and made the footing a little tedious in spots, trees and handholds on the slabs helped in the early morning. The trail between peaks is in great shape. The South Slide is a mix of loose rocks, gravel, and boulders, not as steep as the north.

Comments: Love hiking up the North Slide, wouldn't want to descend it if it's not dry, South Slide is a much better option for descending. Great views and company on a cool hike. Pics / Report
