A good reason to hike the 4s!

Only in print, but here is what I could read:

A New Hampshire woman is hoping to climb all 48 of the 4,000-foot peaks in New Hampshire this winter, unfurling a banner atop each one opposing the proposed Northern Pass project.

On the summit of Cannon Mountain Monday, Larisa Dannis of Strafford, left and her dog, "Toby," stand with fellow opponents of the Norhern Pass transmission project. Dannis and her dog are summitting all 46 4,000-foot peaks in the White Mountains this winter and photographing, with an orange banner, their opposition to the project. She now has completed 26 peaks. Hiking with her Monday were Tim Charboneau of Ashland, who has made 19 of the summits, Jan Marvel, Michelle Vaughn and Rikki Ramsden all of Thornton, who made the banner.
