wandering around the woods, we found a cemetery!

I went for a local walk with my two youngest kids today, and we found an abandoned cemetery, a huge fungus, and lots of other fun stuff. I guess there is an up side to the high gas prices..... there is cool stuff to explore right near home!

Very cool. Whenever I'm home, I like to go into the woods and find any artifact from the olden days. One time I found a random gravestone, but not a mini cemetery. Looks like you stumbled on the Newton family cemetery.

That's sooo cool! I love some of the old names on the headstones. Who gets named "Rufus" these days???!!!
