Trail Conditions: Packed to Waumbek, then unbroken to South Weeks but that didn't matter; with snowshoes I only sank about 3 inches because the snow was so dense.
Equipment: Bareboot or stabilicers to Waumbek, stabilicers not really necessary but they give a little more traction. Snowshoes from Waumbek to South Weeks (without them you do sink).
Comments: What an easy hike. It is wonderful to discover that an unbroken trail requires little more effort than a broken one! Perfectly calm, sunny day.
