WED 12/22--Tongue Range

Would like some company on a partial Tongue Range hike. Fifth, French Point and First Peaks. Then a short bushwhack off from First Peak to the trail along the shore of Lake George. I would plan on starting around 9am for this 8 mile hike. Any takers?

I'd like to head up soon if I can get some vacation time from the ole scrooge.

My partner bailed out because of the possible rain we were going to get. So, I decided not to go. I don't enjoy hiking alone, especially longer day hikes.

Remix if ever you want to go let me know and I'll see if I can finangle my work schedule. I warn you though, I'm none to quick.

Sure thing Ill let you know..Id like to try part of the loop in winter and/or ski/shoe over to the islands. I have never seen tracks in the snow going anywhere but Fifth peak.
