What is that Mt. Moosilauke Whistle?

While Climbing Mt. Moosilauke from the Glencliff trail this Sunday, I heard a Loud Whistle while on the summit, almost like a train whistle, then halfway down heading back I heard the whistle again, It sounded as if it was coming from the GlenCliff Elderly Home. Any ideas as to what it is? I Don't think there are any trains in the area.

It's the whistle from the Glencliff Home for the Elderly.

It blows at 11:00AM and 4:00PM IIRC, to call the residents in for meals.
