19MB was well packed though probably not enough to be barebooted. We used MSR's the entire day until we descended Polecat with microspikes. Wildcat Ridge Trail is broken to A. At about 3900' the trail takes a sharp left but it also goes right. The left is correct. We put some branches to help direct people. From A-D the trail was unbroken. The 3 of us have at least provided a start to a stable trail though it is deep and soft in many locations. Snow varied from 8" to waist deep with drifts. Polecat was a welcome descent after a great day out.
There were only a couple of lean overs or blow downs to get by but the trail is getting narrow with the increase in snow depth.
