Wildcats Photo Trip Report

Last weekend, a few VFTTers got together on Cherry Mountain Road on Friday night and hiked the Wildcats on Saturday. The weather was OK and the colors were fantastic. A great time was had by all. Here are some photos for anyone interested:

Good Lord - a certain webmaster caught pushing "The Doctor", once again, on innocent hikers. Thankfully, it looks like Audrey and Pat were there to restrain the impressionable youth around the fire, and set good examples.

I don't know who that was that was posing like me! Everyone knows that I am very refined and only drink 12 year old single malt scotch.

Pat and Audrey were completely decorous, the good Doctor was not even a temptation. The Wildcats were a wonderful hike. While we waited for the rest of the crew on D, we got to chat with folks (hikers and gondoliers) from all over the world. The hike up the ski slopes was slowed by the blinding foliage colors and the distant views of foggy valleys, and peaks rising through the fog like islands.
