Is the Bear Tooth Highway to Red Lodge open?

While heading down to Crawford Notch today, I was planning to take Jefferson Notch road to save some mileage. Its still gated closed on the north end.

Jefferson Notch Road spring opening date is usually around June 13th, base on reports on TrailsNH. Last year it was reported opened 5/29, in 2021 and 2020 it was reported 6/18.

If it wasn't damaged by the May 1st heavy rains, I'd bet it will open before 6/13.

While driving by today (6/13) I confirmed that the "road closed" sign is down on the north end of Jefferson Notch road and the gate is open.
