This was a scheduled NH AMC Over 55 hike. Because of the storm, not everyone who signed up wanted to spend the weekend, so hiked in the road to the trailhead with five of us who wanted the whole experience. It was cold on Saturday, warmer by about 15 degrees on Sunday. We had to break trail coming out, but took turns, along with a man from Maine and his 10-year old son. The worst of it were the several white outs and lane-changing winds just at the top end of Franconia Notch for the ride home.
