Like I said I dont know the speed we all will do for consecutive days with full packs. we will all get together as to not need double of some stuff and go from there. I want it to be fun and enjoyable, even if I have to come back and finish one leg of it some other time It will be long days if its pouring rain, that being said travel miles will be way down.

Re: the Santas, I'm looking at February since I'm celebrating Chinese New Year this weekend and in the catskills for the 31/1st weekend. I'm at the AHP.COM winter gathering at the ARk on the Feb 7/8th but that is kind of far from upper works so perhaps middle to late february I'd be interested in getting a fast group together to tackle either all 3 or split into two dayhikes or something....
