  • Thanks! Hardly anyone's ever heard of it. If you guys come to the house it would be a great hike for Pemi. About 2 miles RT, maybe 200' of elevation, nice views!
OMG !!!! Pemi is so adorable! Tried to send a note from the photo you sent but it bounced? Can't wait to see T again AND meet her new buddy!
It was a stellar day, but the best part was seeing everyone back at camp afterwards! Thanks for coming and for being such good friends!
Thanks for the greenie. Sue is pretty great. If you ever get the chance to see a presentation she gives, do it! As you are sitting in the dark, looking at these amazing photographs, she will spontaneously let out coyote yip or other call. It makes you jump right out of your seat! BTW, she expects a breeding population of mountain lions in New England in something like... 10 years?, and expects they will follow the same path that this guy did.
Thanks for the rep and invite. Just figured out how to check it and realized you gave me some. I'm a true vftt newbie! :)
Thanks! i took that on Cathedral Ledge a few weekends ago. That's my friend Mary cruising over a wet area on the wall before she climbed up that chimney and on the ledge I'm standing on belaying her up.
good luck tomorrow there girlfriend..and thanks for the greenie..your enthusiasm is so contagious..
    Hi Sabrina,

Just wanted to thank you for organizing the Pemi clean up. Like the phoenix rising from the ashes of this USFS disaster, you've found a way to channel everyone's energy in a positive way. It's admirable - I am sorry I am unable to help this weekend but best of luck. No back injuries!!
good luck this weekend. Alas for me, I have previous commitments. Please post a report with pictures! Glad to see more people on this forum getting involved in the forest. Bailey, the FS Saco District trails manager, says the trail adopting is way up in the Saco and Pemi Districts. The Andro district struggles from lack of staff. Cheers.
Heh heh, for me this is the hikers version of Christmas! This event has become one of the most important days of my year. :)
