For next summet or next fall I plan to hike the 100 miles
betwenn rd15 and Abol Bridge.

Some know if it is possible to do it in 3 or 4 days with a
medium pack and not too much weight in the pack?

Yes, but I'd count on 4 days. The first 15 miles is easy, but the next 15 is mountainous and can take some time. After that you're on the flats and all you have to do is avoid the mud and roots. I did it in 5 days and it was a lot of fun. Been thinking of doing it again, but the Mahoosics are up for this year.

You may want to check out whiteblaze.net and search for this topic. The consensus is yes you probably can do, but why?.

IMHO For the east coast, this trip is about as good as it gets, once you clear White Cap. Lots of lakes and streams to swim in and all sorts of great campsites. If you only have four days, do half of it and enjoy the trip, then come back in a year and do the other half.

It's a personnal challenge and one endurance test for me. Just need to see
how far can I go....

I believe that the Maine AT guide suggests 5 to 7 days for this section. There is roughly 10,000 feet of elevation gain.

Until I knew better, I'd plan on following the guidebook's suggestions.
