I hiked Carrigain via Signal Ridge on 8/7 and found the following:

The kiosk is found at the trailhead proper, after you walk across the bridge and enter the woods to the left.

Also, at least at the time, there was no parking fee, and the fee receptacle was even covered up. I know the WMNF waived all fees the following weekend, but being a week prior to that event, it makes me wonder if this is permanent at this lot.

I believe a lot of these areas have had their fees rescinded...but the current fee areas are now more strictly enforced. I'm glad the Forest Service in their Infinite Wisdom wasted all that money on signage and fee tubes they no longer use.

Remember that kiosks must contain non-generic information to count - general regulations and how to pay fees don't count :)

Rumney Rocks is one of the few to have all amenities, nearby RR II has none and it's the same price!
