I know the site says June 1, but do they hold pretty true to that? Any chance they would have any shuttles running this weekend? Just figured Id ask

Yea Id like to have my car at Haystack Road or Hale TH- Zealand Road. I guess I could just wait and see if I can ask someone with the crowds that will be in the hills this weekend. Im guessing its about a 10 mile distance. Im leaving later this afternoon and going to Zealand Campground. Im trying to walk out in Sunday to my car so I can be at the airport to pick up my wife in Manchester, 2 1/2 hours.

I really do not want to do that other shuttle. Ill walk it. I may just let fate take hold and just go do my thing and hope I find someone that will just give me a lift for gas money. I had thought about getting a $15 gas card and just bribing someone with it.

I too will be in the area Saturday morning, and passing Haystack around 5:30am-ish if that is helpful.

Cool, I figure there will be loads of people. I don't think I will have much trouble getting a ride from someone. Im going to park on Haystack at the North Twin TH early tomorrow am and hike up and come out sometime around lunchtime on Sunday at Hale Brook. Im sure it will all work itself out. I have an orange kia with a bunch stickers, including a vftt. Hopefully Ill be seeing some of you on the trail. There is going to be a crap ton of people out hiking. There has to be one nice one out there Y'all have fun

FYI, I should arrive at Zealand Camp this evening around 6 if anyone wants to come out. Hopefully Ill get a spot there for the night.
