avoid I84 in CT near NY end of Sept

easy area to avoid if you plan ahead.

I drive this stretch of I-84 frequently for work and I'd suggest avoiding it all the time if you can, Horrible traffic at AM and PM rush hours and often other times with accidents and construction. Can't imagine what a mess the actual closing of the road will cause.
