The Somerville shows have been sold out before the night of the show in past years, so best to tix ahead of time - also, the Johnny D's half-price deal is still on - available if you order by 6:30. They have a good chef now...mmm.

BTW, "Alone across Australia" was my favorite film this year (we had almost the same playlist in Montreal). John Muir is a tough guy! You won't regret paying for this one

Talk about overcoming...this guy is one tough SOB! I also liked the animated French film about the House on the Mtn. and the Mountain Bike film was off the hook as well.

Lebanon NH Showing

I went Wednesday to the showing in Lebanon and it was well worth the drive! My favorite was the Australia trek followed by the skiing, climbing and biking films - all very impressive! My least favorite was the cartoon and the barbie doll film - not that they were that bad, I just didn't think they fit that well with the others. Just my $0.02.

Just a reminder, the Saratoga Springs showing of the Banff films is this Saturday.
Also, I noticed that when I posted the film listing for this showing, I forgot the starting time. It's 7:00PM.
