I'm considering hiking the Bigelow range this weekend, likely via the loop suggested here: http://4000footers.com/bigelowavery.shtml

I may do it as a dayhike, or more likely, camp at one of the three spots along the loop.

Anything I should be aware of, in terms of trailhead access, trail conditions, or campsite conditions? Are Stratton Brook or Avery Col possible to be full on Saturday night? I'm not sure how much space they have. I'm a solo hiker with a tiny tent.

Hard to beat the loop in the link. Its an easy dayhike once you drive up there. Its thru hiker season and given the nice forecast I would expect that there may be "no room at the inn" on the AT campsites. The lower sections of the firewardens trail is open hardwoods so plenty of room to find a place to set up a tent.

We used to drive over from Gorham NH and do the hike and drive home in a day (a long day).
