Way to go Chester !

Glad you could join the "club" Chester. I was lucky enough to finish the NH 4's last October on Mt Jefferson. Mom took me, along with 2 other H.C.'s to that summit on a very fine Fall day. We had the terrain to ourselves, save the Raven's, which was grand.

Did you get to drink from the Spurting Rock on the Owl's Head slide?

I have had the pleasure of hiking with many wonderful people....but, if given only one choice, my dog Carmen would be my partner for heading out on the trails.

I was a pretty warm, humid day last Sunday and Chester got a good drink on both the way up and down from the spurting rock. It was a perfect little spot for a dog to get a drink with it being just the right height with a nice clean stream of water.
