Hi,

Considering the tight economy, I just wanted to let everyone know - hikers driving up from south of Manchester especially - that the Tilton exit off of Rt 93N is a great morning pull off for gas ($3.499 yesterday), and food (Dunkie's, Subway, Tilt'n Diner all within a stones throw of the gas pumps).

And if you're a member of that highly selective club, BJs, it's actually $3.45/gal for members at the pump, just past the Shaw's Plaza on the right at exit 20.

I usually stop at Ashland (Rte 93 exit 24, mile marker 75) for gas. Good prices and simple on-off the highway.

I haven't made direct price comparisons with Tilton. (There are no prices currently listed for Ashland on Marc's websites.)
