Fresh Snow on Madison and Adams

Looks like the snow from this weekend is going to hang around a bit. The picture is taken from my office window roughly at the Randolph Gorham Line on RT 2. For those who know of the "seven" snow formation in Kings Ravine its top half is in the picture but not real well defined due to the fresh snow. Last Friday there was at least as much rock showing as snow up on the summits.

What a great view you have from your office window! Must take a concentrated effort to focus on your work with a view like that!

That was my initial reaction to Peakbagger's posting -- what a great office view.

(The information about the snow on Madison and Adams...? Interesting...but not as much as the office view.)
 
Yeah Washington got 2 inches, so proabably a 1-3 inch snowfall above 4500 feet. Be nice hiking today, some leaves coming out down low, and fresh snow at the top.
