That ad is thought-provoking, however, if it's on the level. If you can really get a 21-proof Belgian Ale from a mug of water and a packet of powder, what about an 80-proof 100% blue agave tequila, or an overproof dark rum? Is there an upper limit to this remarkable technological breakthrough?
