high peaks lean-to's

What, no votes for my adopted lean-to, Slide Brook? Actually I wouldn't vote for it either as it is not a particularly scenic spot. One lean-to not mentioned yet is the one on the north side of Giant, on the trail from Route 9N. It is fairly remote and I remember the woods being so green there with a nice little stream running by. I have fond memories of staying at Beaver Pt. lean-to on Lake Colden a couple of times and enjoying the gorgeous view across the lake to Mt. Colden.
