This slide shows on a winter image on Fatmap, at about 4K feet just south of the Cog, so it's not recent.

It doesn't show on the summer image. Recent is relative, any idea when it came down?
It shows up very clearly on google satellite view and the Landstat image is from 2020.
At full magnification you can see fallen trees and a pretty big mud slide.
And it does look very “fresh.”
The link shows three pics of the slide vicinity - 2013, first half 2017 and 2018. The blurry 2017 pic shows what might be a small slide, just a speck, in our area of interest.
Maybe this particular slide had its origins in the 2010 activity Skiguy points out.
