Trail Conditions: Packed snow, deep snow on Franconia ridge
Special Equipment Required: Used snowshoes the entire way, crampons would have been helpful too for the way up. Others up there bare-booted and post-holed across the ridge traverse. Lots of snow up there, some snowshoes helped
Comments: Very windy, cold, beautiful.
