If there isn't, what I'd do is print that out from my home PC on Nat Geo Explorer paper (tyvek or something like that), which I've done, with excellent results, with on-line trail maps I use in all elements. You can buy it at EMS and probably other places. The 8.5 x 11 inch format is good enough for me - larger would be unwieldy in wind and rain, but if something larger is commercially available for what you want, you may prefer that.

There are also map sealants that one can apply to normal paper maps. Thompson's water seal is reported work too.

I usually just put my paper maps in a ziplock bag.

Umbagog is indeed part of the Northern Forest Canoe Trail and map #8 (I think it is) of the "Rangeley Lakes Region" covers it best. The map includes the Androscoggin, from well south of "Steamboat Landing", the traditional put-in on rt. 16 in Errol, to Richardson, Mooselookmeguntic and Rangeley Lakes, and includes the Magolloway River, a must see IMNSHO on an Umbagog trip, much of Aziscohos Lake, with some nice lakefront wilderness campsites (available by reservation) and a few other worthwhile paddle destinations.

For more detail the USGS 7.5' topo series of Umbagog North, most pertinent to the Androscoggin and Magalloway routes, and Umbagog South, most pertinent to a launch at Umbagog State Park, are useful.

Northern Waters has a good "map" centered on the Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge which shows interesting features of the area.

I'd select the maps most suitable to your needs then figure out the best way to protect them to your satisfaction.
