Mt Cardigan is one of our favorite New Hampshire hikes and somehow 2-1/2 years had gotten by us without a visit. We remedied that on Thursday with a wonderful day out with Trish, Alex and Sage. It was the first time we'd hiked with them at that was long overdue as well. The weather was beautiful, the views were spectacular and the company was great. It was a laughter filled day that went by too quickly. Thanks ladies - we had a blast!

Mark, we had such a great time! Thanks for inviting us along. I'll have my own trip report posted to my website (TrishAlexSage) by Tuesday evening.

Love Cardigan!! I was upo there last Saturday and went up the south side of the ridge from below Orange Mtn to Firescrew. The Skyland Trail is now one of my new favorites. Love the pics!

Thanks Trish. It was such a great day! Can't wait for the next one

Thanks Phil. You post last week really had me primed for this trip. It was as great as I remembered. We really need to get back and try your route (and some of the other less used trails as well). Skyland looks great!

Open ledges, blue skies, and good company. Looked like a great day to be out.

You're right Owen, it was all of that!

Hi Mark,

My blog post is up. It's mostly photos, as I've been pressed for time lately. Same photos can be found on my Facebook Page here.

Looking forward to hiking with you again soon! -- Trish
