Lost dog near Nancy Pond 6/12 ?

Saturday around noon I was coming off the Duck Pond Mt. bushwhack and heard someone yelling off in the woods. Worked my way over to see what was the matter and found a couple searching for their Golden Retreiver. I believe the dog's name is Max. Does anyone know them and know if they located him? The brush was pretty thick in there and I don't know how well a dog moves in that stuff.

I agree it's a bummer. I hope I hear that all turned out well. Later that afternoon I hiked over to Norcross pond and met a couple guys on the dam. We hiked up Mt. Nancy together.That old car (a Biscayne I believe) was theirs.
