Lower half of trail, prior to Mt Surprise has some running water, but volume is small, and would likely be gone soon if it wasn't going to rain as they say Tuesday. Upper half of trail, after Mt Surprise, actually is quite wet, with a fair amount of standing water. Bog bridges do not look stable, and completely live up to that appearance. Trekking poles were useful (my wife brought hers) for testing stability and depth sounding. Trail was very quiet, only encountered one other hiker who was descending.
