FYI - after I broke yet another crampon on my Lightning Ascents (4th time) this weekend (on a packed trail!), the good customer service folks at MSR confirmed that Evo Ascent bindings will fit the Lightning Ascents. MSR agreed to provide one EA binding free under warranty and a second one for $20. I got the idea to swap out the bindings on this site. So thanks fellow LA sufferers.
