Another great hike, this time with my three daughters, a buddy and his daughter (father/daughter day). First time up Cardigan from the west side, trail was in good shape with a little mud and standing water in spots but nothing you can't walk around or over. Got to the top in about 50 minutes to hazy views but could still see quite a ways. Weather was predicted to be unfavorable but it turned out to be a great day for a hike. Met the NEO40 group on top, they were having a dog friendly hike and had a few dogs up there with them and they were all well behaved with a couple cooling off in the summit bowl of water.
