Great day in the woods, several inches of fresh snow made for an enjoyable hike.
Stream levels are a little high so we bushwacked over to the snowmobile bridges and crossed there instead.
Light traction or barebooting ok below 2300 feet, despite the cold temps there is still some soft slush under the fresh snow that causes some occasional balling conditions.
Above 2300 feet there is a nicely packed snowshoe trail all the way to the summit.
